31 clubs present and approx. 60 people present..This is a record.. Chacho’s and Chalucci’s allowed us to use their room for free so all were encouraged to support the facility. Update of addresses and e-mails Discuss House bill 68. Swine flu. Reminders meet entry forms filled out, dress code, Meet formats ( no mixing inv and qualifiers) etc. Must have memberships up to date and with you at all meets. Meet directors must check. Send in numbers with entries. Changes for next year. 5 State and 4 South. District voted for using the prep opt system for 4 if possible. Set the Compulsory meet sites… 1 vote per club.
