How to create an HTML from Proscore for posting results on the TxUSAG website
Go to “My Documents” on your computer. Create a folder with the name of your club and Results as the name, if you have not already done so (i.e., A_Great_Gym_Meet_results_1.1.2008)
NOTE: DO NOT USE A "#" HASH MARK IN YOUR FILE NAMES
Open Proscore:
Go To:
- Reports
- Results
- Meet Results
- Select
- Session
- Level
- Age Division
- Gym – (keep as ALL)
- Select “Create A Web Page” (right bottom area of widow)
- “Save Web Page As” window will open
- You will see “Save in” in this window select My Documents, then select the file folder you created for your meet results.
- In the File name window the results should read: MR followed by the session, level and age group. Change the name to indicate the Level and age group (Example: type "Level 4 Jr A". In this example, if you have more than one session for Level 4 Jr A then include the Session # in the file name, such as: Session 1 Level 4 Jr A).
- Click OK
- Repeat for all Levels, all age groups
Team Results
- Go to Reports
- After selecting Team Results, follow the same type of instructions as you did for Meet Results.
- You may have to rename results to indicate Small Team or Large Team (Example: type "Level 4 Small Team")
Once you have completed creating all the web pages (HTML) you can attach the folder in an email to Keith HansenAlways include your District # in the email Subject line.
