To: Regional and State Administrative Committee Chairmen 

The USA Gymnastics Member Services department has e-mailed an urgent message to over 900 clubs who currently have a club number because they have athletes competing in sanctioned USA Gymnastics competitions, but are NOT USAG MEMBER CLUBS; that is, they have not signed up for the special club membership providing them with special marketing benefits, etc.

 Many of these clubs that DO NOT participate in the MEMBER CLUB program do not The USA Gymnastics Member Services department has e-mailed an urgent message to over 900 clubs who currently have a club number because they have athletes competing in sanctioned USA Gymnastics competitions, but are NOT USAG MEMBER CLUBS; that is, they have not signed up for the special club membership providing them with special marketing benefits, etc.

 Many of these clubs that DO NOT participate in the MEMBER CLUB program do not currently have a contact administrator listed in our data base.  On March 1st, we are making changes to our web site system and any club that does not have a specific contact administrator listed will not be able to access their rosters or club registrations online. Clubs that are already enrolled in the MEMBER CLUB program already have a designated contact/administrator listed and are not required to do anything at this time.

 Please help us make sure that these clubs read this message by sending it out by e-mail blast to all clubs in your state plus by posting the announcement on your state/Regional web sites.

 In order for the clubs THAT ARE NOT MEMBER CLUB PROGRAM CLUBS to stay connected to our system, they:

  1. Must have a contact administrator from their club who is USA Gymnastics Member.
  2. Must send us the name AND member number of their contact/administrator,  along with their Club number.
  3. Must e-mail this information to :  membership@usagym.org
